It is important to us that you are happy with every purchase that you make and we want to help you in the event that there is a problem. Please read the Return Policy below for your product:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of the order date. No refund issued unless documented allergy or irritation with photo or doctors note.
Restocking Fee for Returns Not Due To Our Error:
A 15% handling fee (15% of the retail price of the item) will be deducted from all returns not due to us. This handling fee is not an area where we make any money, as it covers the high expenses associated with processing returns, starting claims with manufacturers, re-shipping packages to manufacturers, and the long process of getting reimbursed by cosmetics manufacturers.
Return Policy:
- Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at MDPerfectskin.com, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping + 15% shipping fee.
- To qualify you must obtain a RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)
Return Procedure:
- Obtain your RMA# within 30 days (of receipt of your order via e-mail Dermabeauty@aol.com or via phone by calling us at 203-966-2336 Monday – Friday 9am -4pm EST.
- All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
- Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
